Faiz is a distinguished professional with an impressive 18-year career spanning Accounting, Finance, Tax, Project Costing, Human Resources, Office Administration, Company Secretarial work, and Corporate Law. His extensive experience, primarily within the Services and Oil & Gas industries, extends across several countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore.
Faiz has held significant roles in established GLC and MNC organizations such as PETRONAS, Sapura, Sedania Group, and Grey Worldwide Sdn Bhd. Additionally, his adaptability and versatility have led him to contribute his skills and experience to SMEs and startups like Dattel Sdn Bhd.
A staunch advocate of lifelong learning, Faiz is currently advancing his education with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Administration and Governance. This twinning program is run in conjunction with The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) at the esteemed University Poly-Tech Malaysia.
Faiz is also a Certified HRDC Trainer, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ACCA (UK), a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and a Member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants (ACPA).
Entrepreneurially driven, Faiz co-founded Terafas Consulting and subsequently established Faiz Izzudin & Co., a reputable chartered accountant firm. He also offers his expertise as a senior consultant for boutique business consulting firm Alpharabius Sdn Bhd.
With a rich portfolio spanning sectors such as Oil & Gas, Tour & Travel, Media & Advertising, Consulting, FMCG, and Data Analytics, Faiz brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to any Accounting, Financial, Governance, Human Resources, Company Secretarial, and training role.
Importantly, Faiz is a fervent advocate for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, firmly believing in their critical importance for business sustainability and societal well-being.
